Leon Camier is facing a spell on the sidelines after doctors confirmed he has injured his knee and his scaphoid in an accident at the Nurburgring.
The Briton high-sided off his Aprilia during Q1 and was taken to the medical centre, where he required three stitches in his gashed knee.
More worryingly, however, is the injury to his wrist which Aprilia says may require surgery. As such, Camier could be ruled out for the final three races of the season.
Camier came into the weekend eighth in the overall standings but well in the fight for fifth position overall.
